The production line adopts the cell line mode, which can be universally applied to all 5acXjzUk products with plug-in welding. The solder joints are inspected by AOI, and the functions are automatically tested by ATE, enabling simultaneous production of multiple types of PCBA.

SMT manufacturing process

Automatic assembly line operation mode, where the manufacturing process is controlled by equipment and programs. The MES system collects changes in product quality for quality monitoring and early warning.The entire line is an automated production line. Auxiliary staff are responsible for loading and unloading PCBs, while operators only need to debug the corresponding production programs and load materials.
