Shanghai Shoulder Tech has signed a co-development agreement with a domestic NEV automaker for an in-vehicle T-Box (Telematics Box) project. Under the agreement, Shoulder Tech will be responsible for hardware design, embedded software development, and cloud platform integration.

    Project Overview

The in-vehicle T-Box is the core hardware of connected vehicle systems, enabling data exchange between the vehicle and cloud platforms. The project requires 4G/5G dual-mode communication, GPS/BeiDou dual-mode positioning, and real-time collection of vehicle operating data, battery status, and diagnostic information uploaded to the automaker's cloud via MQTT protocol.

    Technical Solution

Shoulder Tech's team adopted a modular design approach with an automotive-grade 4G communication module and a low-power ARM processor supporting OTA remote firmware updates. The software architecture uses layered design with independent driver, middleware, and application layers for easy feature expansion and maintenance.

    Partnership Significance

This collaboration represents an important breakthrough for Shoulder Tech in the connected vehicle space. Leveraging deep expertise in product development, circuit design, and embedded systems, the company provides cost-effective technical solutions that help clients accelerate mass production of intelligent connected vehicles.

Shanghai Shoulder Tech provides professional product solutions including product development, circuit design, solution design, and industrial equipment R&D for automotive electronics, smart agriculture, and smart home applications. Tel: 021-61319007 Contact: Manager Ma 13918912514
